The Zanzibar Beach House is a collection of three mini-villas situated directly on a quiet white sand beach on the Indian Ocean on the island of Zanzibar, minutes from the Paje and Jambiani area.

The three private mini-villas of the Zanzibar Beach House surround a small private courtyard with coconut trees, wooden beach deck, reclined beach chairs, and sun umbrella. The entire court yard is kept well-lit with lights in the evenings for enjoying the see breeze and the sounds of the ocean waves as the tide comes in under the stars at night. Each mini-villa has a deck or balcony that overlooks the beach and ocean, and comfortable wicker chairs with glass-top table to sit at and have lunch under the sun umbrella to shade you from the Zanzibar sun or have breakfast while watching the sun rise above the horizon directly in front of you.

One of a kind
Although it is not readily noticeable to the eye, and surprising as it may be, each of the three mini-villas at The Zanzibar Beach House is very unique as it was once a 40-foot shipping container, and now it has been converted into a warm and comfortable air-conditioned living space complete with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living/dining area. The Zanzibar Beach House is also unique in the fact that its electricity is generated by its own private solar panel grid located above the units. The exterior walls of each unit are completely cladded in high gloss white porcelain tile to complete the white marble aesthetic with streaks of brown/grey to match the color of the sand that it sits on. The interior walls of each beach house are adorned with authentic paintings from local Zanzibari artists.

The surroundings
Surrounded by coconut palm trees, white sand, and ocean shore that stretches as far as you can see, stay in tranquil private beach house with private courtyard in the most unique place to stay on the island of Zanzibar. Wake up to the sounds of the morning bird chirping and ocean waves washing up on the shore, the sight of the sun rising over the ocean horizon, and the feeling of the ocean breeze coming in with the ocean tide. Step out of your mini-villa onto the deck that overlooks the beach and ocean and enjoy the morning breeze, then step down into the sand and let your feet sink in and create footprints in the sand as you take a walk along the beach while the tides wash over your feet.

The interior
The bedroom has a custom carved wooden bed frame that was hand-crafted using wood from the island by local Zanzibari artisans, a wardrobe for all of your clothes and belongings, storage space, clothes iron, USB wall plugs for your phone, laptop, and other devices, and windows with views of the surrounding coconut tree-filled landscape.
The open kitchen area has a glass-top stove, kitchen sink, microwave oven, coffee maker, small refrigerator, ample cabinet space for food storage, and enough dishes and kitchen utensils to cook and prepare your own meals.
The bathroom has shower with wall-mounted and hand-held shower head, glass shower stall partition, bathroom sink with ample storage drawer space in cabinet drawer below, hair dryer, large mirror, and large bathroom medicine cabinet.
The living/dining room area has a comfortable sofa, large screen television that is equipped with Netflix and other streaming media apps, electric fireplace, high table with high chairs for eating or working on laptop, spectacular view of the beach and Indian ocean through large sliding glass double patio doors, and a second door that opens out to the exterior deck or balcony outside.
